Billing Terms

1. Currency and taxes

All prices on the Service are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST is added to the final amount at checkout or at invoicing. NovosEdge Pvt. Ltd. is GST-registered under GSTIN 23AAJCN0421G1ZZ, and a GST-compliant invoice is issued for every payment made through the Service.

2. Payment processing

All payments are processed through Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials on our own systems.

3. Business Account maintenance subscription

The Business Account maintenance fee is ₹999 + GST, charged annually via a manual renewal link — this is not an automatic recurring debit. Reminder emails with a "Renew now" payment link are sent 7, 3, and 1 day before expiry. If not renewed, API access only is suspended; your dashboard, account, and all existing farm data remain fully accessible.

4. Individual farm plans

This plan includes all available satellite indices, hyperlocal weather data, Gyan AI expanded access, and farm-based dynamic advisory for that farm. Charged in full (+ GST) at the time a farm is created or a new plan is purchased.

Upgrades: moving to a longer-duration plan before the current one expires credits the unused, prorated value of the current plan toward the new plan's cost — you pay only the difference (+ GST on that difference).

Expiry: once a farm's plan expires, opening that farm displays a "Recharge to continue" prompt showing the renewal cost. The farm's map, indices, weather, and advisory become accessible again immediately once payment is completed.

5. Business API usage billing

Farms created via the Vyom Engine API are billed at ₹55 per acre per year (excl. GST), invoiced monthly in arrears for that calendar month's newly created API farms. This plan covers creating, updating, and fetching satellite-indices data only — it does not include hyperlocal weather data, Gyan AI access, or dynamic advisory, which are available only for farms created through the dashboard. Gyan AI integration for API-created farms is planned as a future paid add-on.

Invoices are emailed with a Razorpay payment link and are due within 15 days of issue. If not paid within this window, API access only is automatically suspended until the outstanding invoice is settled — your dashboard and all farm data, including farms created via the API, remain fully visible and accessible in the dashboard throughout.

A Business Account's own farms created directly through the dashboard (rather than via the API) are billed at the standard individual farm-plan rates in Section 4 above, and receive the full individual feature set. Such farms are visible only on the dashboard and are never exposed through the API.

6. Coupons and discounts

Coupon eligibility, discount amount, expiry, and redemption limits are governed by the specific terms of each coupon at the time it is applied. Coupons have no cash value, cannot be combined with other coupons unless explicitly stated, and may be withdrawn or invalidated where we reasonably suspect abuse.

7. Wallet balance

Cashback and wallet-credit coupons are credited to a real, spendable wallet balance on your account. Your wallet balance is applied automatically toward the cost of a purchase at checkout, before any remaining amount is charged via Razorpay. Wallet balance has no cash withdrawal value and can only be used toward purchases within the Service.

8. Billing disputes

Any billing dispute must be raised within 30 days of the relevant invoice or charge date by contacting support@agridoot.com.

9. Governing law

These Billing Terms are governed by the laws of India and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
