Refund Policy

All matters arising under this document are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
1. Business account maintenance fee
The annual Business Account maintenance fee (₹999 + GST) is non-refundable once payment is confirmed, except where required by applicable law or in the case of a verified duplicate or erroneous charge. An approved refund is credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. Individual farm plans
Farm plans are billed in full, upfront, for the selected duration at the time a farm is created or its plan is renewed. Because satellite data processing and third-party imagery costs are incurred from the moment a farm's plan becomes active, farm plans are non-refundable once activated.
If a verified fault on our part prevents any satellite data whatsoever from being delivered for a farm within 15 days of its plan becoming active, you may request a full refund or a credit toward a replacement farm by contacting support@agridoot.com.
3. Business API usage billing
Monthly API usage invoices reflect farms already created and processed via the API in the preceding calendar month. Because the underlying satellite processing cost has already been incurred on your behalf by the time an invoice is issued, these invoices are not refundable.
4. Plan upgrades
When you upgrade a farm's plan to a longer duration, the unused value of the current plan is credited toward the new plan's cost, as described in our Billing Terms. This credit is applied only toward a new plan purchase and has no separate cash or refund value.
5. Coupons, cashback, and wallet credit
Discounts, cashback, and wallet credits obtained through a coupon have no cash value and are forfeited if the underlying order is refunded or reversed for any reason.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@agridoot.com with your invoice or payment reference within 30 days of the charge in question, along with a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge every refund request within 5 business days.
7. Governing law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
