1. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, accessing the dashboard, or using the Vyom Engine API (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Billing Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and, for business accounts, your API key and API secret. You must notify us immediately at support@agridoot.com of any suspected unauthorized access to your account or credentials.

3. Individual farm plans

Farm data on the dashboard is provided under a paid, per-acre, per-duration plan (3, 6, or 12 months) selected at the time a farm is created. A plan covers satellite indices, hyperlocal weather data, Gyan AI expanded access, and farm-based dynamic advisory for that specific farm. When a plan expires, access to that farm's live data is locked until it is recharged; historical account and billing records are unaffected.

4. Business accounts and the partner API

A Business Account requires an active annual maintenance subscription (see Billing Terms). An active Business Account may generate API credentials to create, update, and fetch satellite-indices data for farms via the Vyom Engine API. Farms created through the API are billed separately, on a monthly basis in arrears, as set out in the Billing Terms, and include satellite indices only — not weather data, Gyan AI access, or dynamic advisory, which remain exclusive to farms created through the dashboard.

Lapsed payment on either the annual maintenance subscription or a monthly API usage invoice restricts API access only. Your dashboard, your account, and all previously created farm data remain fully accessible regardless of API payment status.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute raw satellite imagery or index data obtained through the Service as a standalone product without our prior written consent;
• Attempt to circumvent API rate limits, authentication, billing, or any access controls;
• Submit a farm boundary you do not have the right to survey or monitor;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or access the Service by any means other than the documented dashboard and API;
• Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable Indian law.

6. Data accuracy disclaimer

Satellite-derived indices, weather data, and advisory outputs are estimates based on third-party satellite imagery (including Copernicus Sentinel-1/2 data) and computational models. They are provided for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for on-ground agronomic judgment. Cloud cover, satellite revisit frequency, and atmospheric conditions can affect data availability and accuracy. NovosEdge Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for crop, yield, financial, or other outcomes resulting from reliance on this data.

7. Coupons and promotional credit

Coupons, discounts, cashback, and wallet credits are issued at our discretion, subject to the specific terms, eligibility, and expiry of each offer. They have no cash value beyond their stated use within the Service and may be withdrawn or invalidated where we reasonably suspect abuse.

8. Intellectual property

The Vyom Engine platform, its software, design, and branding are the property of NovosEdge Pvt. Ltd. Farm boundary and related data you submit remains yours; you grant us a license to process it solely to provide the Service to you.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or misuse of the API, with notice where reasonably practicable. You may close your account at any time by contacting support@agridoot.com; any outstanding invoices remain payable.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
